Fencing Solutions - One Rail Type D

Technical Data

The Type D 1 Rail fence is suitable for  AS2156.2 Installations as follows -

• Track Class 1-2: No effective fall protection

• Track Class 3: Protects against effective falls to 1.5m

• Track Class 4: Protects against effective falls to 3.0m

• Track Class 5: Protects against all falls

May also be used in residential installations where approved by the BCA. It may be supplied with either galvanized or 316 stainless dowels to suit severe coastal installations.

Posts are supplied with a standard 600mm in ground embedment depth to suit concrete footings. Should a variation be required please advise. All concrete is graded N20 at 28 days. All grout is Class C cementitious high early strength non shrink grout.  

Applications

The entry level fence in the Australian Standard rated fence line, the one rail fence will be a durable addition to your asset base. Widely used in park areas as a general defining perimeter fence. It can be used also in any of the following:

• bushland hazard identified areas

• vegetation or erosion protection barriers

• perimeter fences for sporting areas

• on golf courses between fairways
